Because tungsten is hard and brittle, machining it demands specialized tooling, fixturing, and finishing; our engineers review each drawing and confirm tolerance capability before quoting. We machine, grind, and finish washers, plates, rods, counterweights, and complex geometries to your specification.
Common Custom Tungsten Shapes
If you previously sourced a specific tungsten shape and don't see it in our current catalog, we most likely still make it as a build-to-print item rather than a standard SKU. Common shapes include buffer weights, buffer plugs, washers, rings, rods, sheets, and plates, alongside custom counterweights and complex machined geometries. Send us your drawing or a sample part and we'll confirm producibility and lead time.
