Tungsten Parts Wyoming (TPW), a trusted leader in high-density metal components for defense, aerospace, energy, and industrial markets, today announced a significant leadership transition as part of the company’s strategic growth and operational realignment.

Dennis Omanoff, who has served as CEO, is no longer with the company as of last week. The Board of Directors thanks Dennis for his service and leadership during his tenure and extends its best wishes for his continued success in future endeavors.

In conjunction with this transition, Mark Holden has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tungsten Parts Wyoming, effective immediately. Mark brings over 20 years of executive and operational experience in product development, defense technology strategy, federal innovation programs, and counterterrorism —positioning him as an ideal fit to guide TPW through its next phase of growth and innovation.

Mark has held senior leadership roles at Axon, Shield AI, and Teledyne FLIR, where he led product portfolios in AI, autonomy, advanced sensors, and unmanned systems. Most recently, Mark served as the founder of HOLDEN, a boutique consultancy that delivers targeted growth and market entry strategies for defense and aerospace clients. His background also includes his role as Head of Marketing and Communications at Harpoon Ventures, where he helped shape narratives and scale some of the most promising national security startups.

“Mark brings a rare combination of operational depth, federal product insight, and mission-driven leadership that aligns perfectly with TPW’s strategic vision,” said Russel Lewis, Executive Chairman of the Board. “As we continue to grow our presence in defense manufacturing and expand our partnerships with Tier 1 integrators and prime contractors, Mark’s experience will be instrumental in driving both innovation and execution across the business.”

Holden will be based at the company’s headquarters in Laramie, Wyoming, where he will oversee core operations, production strategy, supply chain optimization, and new product integration. He will also play a key role in evolving TPW’s go-to-market capabilities as the company responds to growing demand for American-made, ITAR-compliant tungsten components.

“I’m honored to join Tungsten Parts Wyoming at such a pivotal time,” said Mark Holden. “There’s a strong foundation here—a legacy of precision, performance, and reliability—and I look forward to building on that by bringing scalable, modern systems that will allow TPW to support increasingly complex customer requirements across critical defense and aerospace programs.”
