Tasks required:
- Perform inspections on required testing
- Perform analysis of physical and chemical properties
- Follow proper Testing/ gaging techniques, and share/guide the stated techniques with other inspectors and production personnel for common proper use.
- Based on specific guidance and mentorship:
- Assist in Research & Development studies as required
- Assist in creating/developing/completing:
- Data Packages templates
- Operating Procedures
- Work Instructions
- Forms
- Process Information/ Control Plans
- Inspecting/ Verifying Products in accordance with documented Customer’s specifications.
- Basic Abilities to follow drawings/blueprints written instructions (Very basic)
- Perform/ coordinate inspection per written instructions on all incoming raw materials.
- Participate in internal audits
- Support internal and external Corrective Action process
- Support the development and continuous improvement
- Support the quality homeroom lead in planning plant quality systems, procedures, and methodologies to meet internal ISO and external customer expectations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Focus on quality inspection procedures
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication
- Sufficient in coordination, following instructions, attention to details, and tasks completion on time.
- Maintaining; discipline, clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to learn how to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
- Helpful to have prior exposure to basic technical environment, where required to complete data gathering, measurements, testing and reporting on a pre-set template forms.
- Ability to learn how to measure and compute in both inch and metric.
