Production Operator

$11/$11.75 Starting Wage

  • Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
  • Displays a willingness to follow direction and be flexible when assigned varying jobs.
  • Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Will work alone and in a team environment with changing assignments.
  • Uses hands, hand tools and manual or automated machines to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Other duties as requested, directed or assigned including being reassigned to other work areas.

Lab Technician

$14-16 Starting Wage D.O.E.

No Prior Training/Experience is required for this job as-long-as you can:

  • Pay attention to details – Very detailed oriented.
  • Follow written/verbal instructions

Tasks required:

  1. Perform inspections on required testing
  2. Perform analysis of physical and chemical properties
  3. Follow proper Testing/ gaging techniques, and share/guide the stated techniques with other inspectors and production personnel for common proper use.
  4. Based on specific guidance and mentorship:
  • Assist in Research & Development studies as required
  • Assist in creating/developing/completing:
  1. Data Packages templates
  2. Operating Procedures
  3. Work Instructions
  4. Forms
  5. Process Information/ Control Plans
  6. Inspecting/ Verifying Products in accordance with documented Customer’s specifications.
  7. Basic Abilities to follow drawings/blueprints written instructions (Very basic)
  8. Perform/ coordinate inspection per written instructions on all incoming raw materials.
  9. Participate in internal audits
  10. Support internal and external Corrective Action process
  11. Support the development and continuous improvement
  12. Support the quality homeroom lead in planning plant quality systems, procedures, and methodologies to meet internal ISO and external customer expectations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Focus on quality inspection procedures
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Sufficient in coordination, following instructions, attention to details, and tasks completion on time.
  • Maintaining; discipline, clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to learn how to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
  • Helpful to have prior exposure to basic technical environment, where required to complete data gathering, measurements, testing and reporting on a pre-set template forms.
  • Ability to learn how to measure and compute in both inch and metric.
