Tungsten isn’t the easiest material to machine! Many high-end machine shops will shy away from taking on such work. THPP developed a unique lubrication material that makes machining of even 97% tungsten content, as easy as free-cutting steel. Our bucking bars are evidence of the high level of surface finish we achieve, coupled with tight tolerances. This makes us the ideal supplier for any machined component manufactured from any W alloy.

Our state-of-the-art grinding shop can grind any tungsten carbide product, making us the most competitive tungsten carbide (WCCo and WCNi) penetrators.
