CNC Programmer/Machinist

Tungsten Parts Wyoming is looking for a talented CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program newly designed parts and generate G-code using CAM software (Mastercam)
  • Select appropriate tooling for job applications and apply proper speeds and feeds
  • Validate tool paths by using stock models and CAM simulation software
  • Troubleshoot common machining issues such as chatter, vibrations, or improperclamping that affects surface finish.
  • Design and machine custom fixturing when required
  • Work with engineering department to discuss part machinability and design changes
  • Retrieve job related information (job routings, part drawing, tool list, work-instruction, in-process inspection sheet, etc.)
  • Complete change-over activities: change out vise jaws and machine tools from automatic tool changer and determine proper tool stick out
  • Complete manufacturing of first part per process instruction
  • Review supplied raw-material for dimensions, quantity, defects, and required heat lot/certification numbers
  • Manufacture parts to required quantity
  • Inspect and document parts according to in-process inspection sheet
  • Requirements:
  • Troubleshoot parts when issues occur
  • Work with the Engineering department to improve machining processes and part machinability
  • Stabilize machining processes to turn over to Operator for production run
  • Train Operators as needed on job related items
  • Print a physical document (i.e. router) when required
  • Provide tote, documents and parts to next process step
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
  • Document completion of all required processes in ERP system
  • Provide end-of-shift report detailing activities of the shift

Education and experience

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure efficient and safe operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance:
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our manufacturing facility’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems within the facility, ensuring the safety and reliability of all electrical equipment and infrastructure. This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical systems, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical System Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other components in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and facility-specific guidelines.
  • Ensure electrical systems meet safety standards and operational needs for manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.

Master Plumber

We are seeking an experienced and certified Master Plumber to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within the facility. This includes managing water, gas, steam, and drainage systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Master Plumber will work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and departments to support production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing System Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install, repair, and maintain industrial plumbing systems, including water, gas, steam, and waste systems, in accordance with local and national plumbing codes.
  • Ensure all plumbing systems are functioning properly to support the manufacturing facility’s operations, including production equipment and safety systems (e.g., fire suppression).
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing infrastructure to detect and prevent leaks, blockages, or other issues that could disrupt facility operations.

Production Operator

Production Operators are responsible for loading and unloading ingredients and materials into machinery, maintaining equipment and sanitizing work areas. The ideal Production Operator will have a minimum of one year’s experience working in a manufacturing setting, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be able to lift 50 pounds.
